Our Founder CA Jignesh Vasani is a fellow Chartered Accountant with rich experience in professional practice of over 24 years. His professional experience is multi foray.
He has vast experience with specilization in dealing complex transactions of Income Tax, he handled many raids and represented clients in various Income Tax Assessments at various levels. He has also successfully handled complex tax litigation matters up to ITAT level for various corporate and non corporate assesses. He handles taxation advisory of many big corporate. During his professional career he has headed Audits and Tax Consultancy of Various government &non government Organization. He also successfully handled merger and acquisition, implementation of Business Structuring, Planning and execution of New Business Start Ups.
He is the founder member and 2nd Chairman of VAPI Branch of WIRC of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In his tenure he opened 1st WICASA (Student Wing of ICAI) for the welfare and overall growth of CA Students in Vapi Branch.In his tenure the Branch has been awarded "The Highly Commendable Branch in the Small Branch Category" by the WIRC.He has addressed many seminars on Direct Taxation issues over the years. Presently he is a member of IDT Committee of ICAI of WIRC.
He has always participated actively in serving the society and helping in addressing various social issues. He has served as President of ROTARY Club of Bulsar, a leading NGO in the district. Under his leadership he has conducted two Rotary Exchange Friendship program with different peoples of rotary over the world. He has conducted various chairmanship of Dist 3060 in Rotary Club.
Apart from this he has always been keen and active in serving the society and his profession through various NGO and associations.
